Rivermont Family Camp
A weekend of fun and meaningful activities for everyone of all ages

Family Camp is a time of relating to one another and to reflect on your relationship with Christ. It is a yearly event at Camp John Knox which is located on the beautiful Watts Bar Lake. There are water activities such as skiing, sailing, canoeing and swimming on Saturday afternoon. Additonally, there is a wilderness experience zip line, sports activities, such as soccer and volleyball, as well as wide open spaces for wandering or for playing ultimate frisbee! Saturday evening finds us on Vesper hill at sunset for a time of singing and worship. Saturday night involves some sort of dancing event such as square dancing or line dancing. A Caller will be there to teach all the latest steps. We meet in the open-air pavillion. Following, the youth have their own activity and roast marshmallows over a bonfire.

Sunday morning there is Sunday school and worship in the open-air pavillion overlooking the lake. Following lunch, everyone heads home.

Upon request there are air conditioned cabins or dorm rooms. If desired, you will also find the cabins of your youth available, that are rustic and quaint.

Members bring their bicycles, boats and enthusiasm!

You all come!
