Tuesdays at 4 pm in the gym
Chao-Ming Huang teaches this ancient Chinese form of agility training
at several locations in Chattanooga. This “slow motion” fitness regimen builds
bone density, adds grace to your everyday movements, and increases flexibility
and balance. It’s not as easy as it looks, either!
At least 6 people
must participate for the class to continue. Sign up in the Atrium.

class is open to Youth and Adults, and to the community
